SpringHill Suites Dulles Airport

The hotel was very clean and was well-maintained. The rooms were very cold with the air-conditioner which was perfect for how hot it was outside, and the amenities were great. The beds were very comfy and the front-desk employees were very fast with everything and extremely friendly. The included breakfast was also great as options were changed every day and the food was constantly restocked. The person who helped us out the most and went above and beyond was Ali. He was willing to help us find halal food options, letting us know of places to look at as this was a first-time trip for us, and he was an individual who knew how to treat the guests with nothing but a top-notch experience. Ali deserves a bonus and promotion for how he treats people, which you want to see at a hotel!

They allow you to park your car here for a payment that is cheaper than the airport rates. They have many cameras around outside, so you can be rest assured all will be well by the time you return. There is a shuttle bus service you can use, free of charge. Very close to airport as we only had to wait 10 minutes for the bus to come and pick us up. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was complimentary! Common areas were well-maintained, tidy and modern. Will make this my to-go hotel for any upcoming travel plans.

Location is great as close to the airport. Breakfast is not extra ordinary but is okay. You can plan your drive to DC once you have your rental. Restaurants and gas stations are close by. You can easily use toll free roads near by. Free parking on premises. Clean rooms. Perfect value for money.

It was a nice hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the rooms were nice. The only thing I would say is that the breakfast lines are long because everyone wants the waffles, and there is only only one waffle maker, and the eggs are pour eggs that taste pretty fake. Everything else was great.
