The hotel was very clean and was well-maintained. The rooms were very cold with the air-conditioner which was perfect for how hot it was outside, and the amenities were great. The beds were very comfy and the front-desk employees were very fast with everything and extremely friendly. The included breakfast was also great as options were changed every day and the food was constantly restocked. The person who helped us out the most and went above and beyond was Ali. He was willing to help us find halal food options, letting us know of places to look at as this was a first-time trip for us, and he was an individual who knew how to treat the guests with nothing but a top-notch experience. Ali deserves a bonus and promotion for how he treats people, which you want to see at a hotel!

The breakfast available was the perfect start to our day of exploring DC! The beds were super comfy, bathroom well cleaned and stocked, the staff was super helpful and friendly making sure to take care of our every needs. The hotel shuttle played a very major and convenient role so I didn't need to take my car into the city to fight for parking! I can't thank you all enough and look forward to staying at your establishment in the future!

The room was large. The location was great for what we needed. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was sufficient. The water pressure was strong and there was sufficient amenities in the room (shampoo, iron, coffee and coffee sink, couch, etc)

Good location near dulles. Hotel was priced right for the accommodations. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice.

The hotel was very clean. Everyone was very nice and professional. We had a nice relaxing weekend. Breakfast could have had better choices. The waffle maker needs to be changed (dated) and there was more bread and bagels than food itself. We managed to create a few things just to satisfy our hunger. Besides that, we were pleased with our stay.

We loved our short stay in the hotel. Thank you for a free shuttle bus from/to the airport, it was so convenient! We were warmly welcomed by the stuff despite the fact that we arrived at night. Check in and check out process was super easy and fast. The room was beautiful and clean and has everything we needed. I personally loved the comfort of the bed and slept very well.

It was a nice hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the rooms were nice. The only thing I would say is that the breakfast lines are long because everyone wants the waffles, and there is only only one waffle maker, and the eggs are pour eggs that taste pretty fake. Everything else was great.

We were immediately greeted by a friendly and helpful guest services representative who took care of all our requests and made us feel at home. It was such a relief after a grueling transatlantic journey! She really went above and beyond and we are so grateful. We loved the room. It was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Options for food delivery was a life saver! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and we loved being able to grab stuff and take it back to our room. All the staff was friendly and helpful.
